About
Roman Glass Works
Roman Glass Works explores the art of ancient Roman glassblowing through the examination of vessels from the collections of Augustana College and the Putnam Museum. Western Illinois University students from the Museum Studies Graduate Program contributed to the exhibition layout and educational, interactive components, all of which create a context that connects the history of glass-making from ancient Mesopotamia to the present day.
This exhibition is on view February 22, 2014 through April 20, 2014.
