About
Young Artists at the Figge
Presented in the Mary Waterman Gildehaus Community Gallery
The annual Young Artists exhibition series features elementary artwork from eastern Iowa and western Illinois school districts. These annual exhibitions enable the Figge to recognize quality visual arts programs in the schools while introducing children and their families to the Figge. The Figge hosts a recognition ceremony and reception for each school district to honor the art educators and student artists.
