Age Range: 13 - 18, Adult

Skill Level: Beginner

Class Description: Students will learn to roll clay slabs and press objects into the material, leaving an imprint of patterns, textures, and images. After pieces have been fired in our kiln, we will contact students to pick up their finished artwork from the museum. 

Supplies: Students must bring several objects that can be pressed into clay. Options can include flowers/leaves, fabric, lace - anything with a unique texture would be perfect for this class!

Cancellation Policy: Classes are eligible for a full refund up to 2 weeks before the start date for the class.  Refunds within 2 weeks of the start date of the class will be for 50% of the original price. Transfers into other classes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Photography Policy: By completing the registration for this class, you are giving your consent for the Figge Art Museum to use any photographs taken of you during the class for marketing purposes. We appreciate your support in helping us share the impact of our art classes with a wider community audience.
