Summer Weaving
Instructor: Rowen Schussheim-Anderson
Age Range: 13 - 18, Adult
Skill Level: Beginner
Class Description: Students will learn the basics of weaving on a frame loom, including how to set up a loom and use specific weaving tools. Class sessions will also include the opportunity to observe contemporary tapestries from the John Deere Collection, try weaving with non-traditional materials, and using a floor loom.
Supplies: All materials are provided. Students are welcome to bring additional materials to use in their weavings.

Cancellation Policy: Classes are eligible for a full refund up to 2 weeks before the start date for the class. Refunds within 2 weeks of the start date of the class will be for 50% of the original price. Transfers into other classes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Photography Policy: By completing the registration for this class, you are giving your consent for the Figge Art Museum to use any photographs taken of you during the class for marketing purposes. We appreciate your support in helping us share the impact of our art classes with a wider community audience.
