Clay for Kids

Kids ages 5 and up are invited to bring a parent and come to the Figge studios for some creative clay time. Basic hand-building techniques will be explored using air-dry clay. Sign up for one session or several. Registration is required and each session includes one child and their accompanying adult.

Mindfulness Meditation
6-7 p.m. Sunday, July 26

THIS CLASS HAS BEEN CANCELLED
Join us in the gentle practice of mindfulness meditation in the Figge Art Museum galleries. Practitioners will be guided in ways to calm the mind and body, and to bring awareness to the present moment. All experience levels are welcome. This is a free program, but advanced registration is required.

Fast Relief: A Printmaking Workshop

Come and make a themed small edition of linoleum-block relief prints or an accordion book in this two-day intensive and intensely fun workshop. All ages and experiences welcome.

Refunds and Transfers

Will be granted 10 or more business days before a class is scheduled to start. Refunds and transfers may be given after that time if requested, per the museum’s discretion. Please contact us at 563.345.6654

Cancellation and Schedule Changes

The museum reserves the right to cancel classes when minimum enrollment is not met one week prior to its starting date. In addition, changes may be made to the class and/or instructor listed. In event of inclement weather, call us at 563.345.6654 or watch the local television for updates. Alternate times for classes cancelled due to weather are at the discretion of the museum. All classes may not have the opportunity to reschedule.
