Trio Talk: Highlighting Works from For America

Figge members are invited to join three of the Figge’s knowledgeable docents for a virtual trio of talks highlighting important works from For America: 200 Years of Painting from the National Academy of Design. These three unique perspectives on the show will help you see American art in a new light.  

  • A Taste of Fauvism: Early 20th Century American Art – Cathy Weideman
  • Taking an Unique Look at Post War Realism – Mary Lou Kotecki
  • Modern Art: About Friendship, Diversity of Style, & Commitment to a Cause – Carol Ehlers

Following their presentations, the docents will host a Q&A session.
