Governor Kim Reynolds recently lifted COVID-19 restrictions across the state of Iowa. The Figge still requires guests age 3 and older to wear masks at all times, capacity in the galleries is limited, and extra cleaning throughout the day continues.
Take a virtual 3D tour of For America: 200 Years of Painting from the National Academy of Design on view at the Figge through May 16. Viewers will have the opportunity to experience the exhibition from home.
Families will get a live, behind-the-scenes experience as they explore shelves of objects and hear from Figge educators about the objects' history and importance today. Sessions will every other Wednesday via Zoom.
