The Sainte Genevieve was a historic paddleboat dredge that underwent renovation in the 1980s. Blazer has depicted the boat working on the Mississippi in 1945 with a 1940s Davenport skyline in the background. Michael Blaser is known for his many marine scenes and his views of local areas.
