Skill Level: Beginner

Class Description: Students will learn beginner techniques of oil painting, including glazing, creating an underpainting, and observing how light and color affect objects in real life. Students will also gain a basic understanding of materials and how to properly care and clean these items.

Supplies: All materials provided.

Cancellation Policy: Classes are eligible for a full refund up to 2 weeks before the start date for the class.  Refunds within 2 weeks of the start date of the class will be for 50% of the original price. Transfers into other classes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Photography Policy: By completing the registration for this class, you are giving your consent for the Figge Art Museum to use any photographs taken of you during the class for marketing purposes.
