Silk Painting
Instructor: Gail Larvenz

Skill Level: Beginner
Class Description: Students will learn how to paint on a 12 inch square of silk, using the serti technique with gutta application. After the second session of painting, the instructor will complete your piece with a final steam. Students will then be notified when their silk is ready to be picked up from the Figge Studio School. Your finished piece can then be used as part of a quilt, pillow, or wall hanging.
Supplies: All materials provided.

Cancellation Policy: Classes are eligible for a full refund up to 2 weeks before the start date for the class. Refunds within 2 weeks of the start date of the class will be for 50% of the original price. Transfers into other classes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Photography Policy: By completing the registration for this class, you are giving your consent for the Figge Art Museum to use any photographs taken of you during the class for marketing purposes.
