Figge members are invited to join Dr. Randy and Linda Lewis for a virtual talk as they share personal stories about Dr. Walter Neiswanger, local philanthropist, doctor, and friend of the museum. Learn about the importance of his connection with the museum and the Haitian collection. Listen to a variety of stories including the time when Haitian dancers used fire in the DMA lobby and things went awry. Curatorial staff will highlight Dr. Neiswanger’s most significant contributions to the museum’s collection.
